Five Years of Stories That Matter at Objectifs
Stories That Matter is an annual programme at Objectifs, that looks at critical issues and trends in non-fiction visual storytelling. Over the last few years, we’ve explored different themes such as environmental concerns in Conspicuous Consumption; systems of caregiving and community in Who Cares; national, political and cultural narratives that shape our perception of the world through Myths; and Borders that impact and affect us geographically, socially and psychologically.
Since 2016, Objectifs has showcased the works of documentary photographers, filmmakers and artists from around the world, collaborating with partners like VII Photo Agency, everydayclimatechange, Myanmar Deitta and Magnum Foundation.
